• All orders can be despatched to an alternative delivery address other than the registered card holder's address if required.
• All items are despatched in discrete plain packaging with no indication as to the contents or the sender.

We will despatch items using 1st Class Royal Mail if the item fits through a standard UK letterbox, otherwise we will use 1st Class Recorded Delivery to make sure the parcel is not left outside or with a neighbour, ensuring your privacy and safe delivery. If you are not in Royal Mail will put a card through the door and will arrange re-delivery or collect you can collect from your local depot.

All our mail is completly discreet with no reference to where it orignally care from and the return address is AW Ltd.

Delivery Charges

We reserve the right to charge an additional fee for delivery to Europe & International customers for particularly heavy orders. We will contact you before making any additional charges detailing the total cost of postage required; in the event that you cannot be contacted we will cancel your order after 7 days. For orders over 2kg in weight there will be additional fees to international customers.

Returns Policy.

Lingerie & Clothing Items

Please open and try on with care
we’re happy for you to try on lingerie and other items of sexy clothing. If an item doesn't fit or is the wrong colour then simply return the item to us at your own expense for a refund or choose an alternative item. 

Please obtain ask for a free ‘Certificate of Posting' at the Post Office for all returned items.

Faulty/Damaged goods

All items are checked thoroughly prior to posting but if you should receive any item that is faulty or damaged it will be replaced for an identical item as long as we are notified within 7 days from the day after receiving the goods. At our own discretion we may extend this period of exchanging faulty items.   Please contact us for a returns address and we will advise you on how to proceed. Please ensure all returned items are clean, well packaged and include a note stating your name, address and what is wrong with the product. All products received will be tested and if found to be working will be despatched back to you at your expense.

Undelivered Items

If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail undelivered, you will be contacted for instructions on how to proceed. At this point we can either re-despatch the goods again and charge you cost of postage or we can cancel the order and refund the payment back to your card minus the original cost of posting the goods. In the event that you cannot be contacted within 7 days your payment will be refunded minus the cost of posting.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to despatch we offer a no quibble cancellation policy. Once the order has been despatched the item can be returned to us for a refund as long as we receive the package within 30 days and the conditions below are met.

• As you can understand, for hygiene reasons we cannot accept the return of many of our products including Sex Toys, Condoms, and Lubes if they have been opened.
• We cannot accept returns of books/magazines & Dvds unless they are in their original unopened shrink-wrapped packaging.

Please ensure the item is well packaged, you do not need to send the item via recorded or Special delivery but please ensure you obtain a Certificate of Posting.
